Sam's 18th - Rosie2's Experience

After minimum planning and maximum stress over the past month,
IT WAS EXCELLENT. as much as i want to admit sam's ideas are quite good, they are actually AWFULLY ambitious and expensive but very fun, as has been the case forever.

Breif account of the 2 days as experienced by ME! ROSIE! XD
-urm started quite badly to be honest XD had to miss media and lost my song to another group D:
but i found out thats because my teacher has faith in my group to produce good work even with a song we dont like. thanks, i guess...
-LOL hotel just like in the promotional video i saw that morning (on youtube XD) it was actually really awesome. and completely supervision free! the whole place is delightfully cheesy and thouroughly water themed, even down to the lift music! surfin' USA and the pugwash theme XD ahahahaa. it was so awesome. everythings sponsored by imperial leather. much free goods were nabbed.
-swam with Abi and Sam and Sophie for the first time since we first met in year 8!!! 7 years this month since i met Sophie and Katie. god i love them. also, AWESOME pool. awesome.
-hilarious partially naked times were had in the hotel. it was lols.
-OMGBUFFET. it was actually incredible. and paid for mostly by Sam's mum!!! this is what i can remember of the vast amounts i consumed:
make-it-yourself Ceasar Salad. i had chicken and bacon and everything.
QUORN SAUSAGES AND CHINESE. thats hoisin wraps and spring rolls and rice and noodles and the whole lot.
tasteless and disappointing cheesecake...
profiteroles and strawberries with liquid chocolate on! chocolate fountains are overrated tho..
THE BEST TURKISH DELIGHT EVER. it was like in NARNIA!! *melts*
more strawberries and grapes and turkish delight....and some fudge i think..
some chicken drumsticks ^^; and some garlic bread/pizza-bread thing that was GOOD.
more turkish delight and some MINT ICE CREAM!
and YES, that was in order.
-the waiters also (were dressed funny) DID A WEIRD VERSION OF THE CONGA which i filmed some of. and which also magically made us less full. amazing!
-then the it crowd and my name is earl, with friends!!! like ive always wanted it to be!!
-Sam snores and wouldnt let me have his nice bed. also, the water wasnt drinkable and i was VERY thirsty.

NEXT DAY.
-woke up at 6:30am to shower and eat before half 8!! EARRRRLLYYY!!!!
-early morning dancing in the lifts is really funny.
-FREE BUFFET BREAKFAST. full english breakfast, and then melon. nice.
-then to the park by 9. and there before everyone else!! XD hotel passes FTW.
-no queues!!
-traveling 0 - 100mph in 2.5 seconds is one hell of a wake up at 9:15 in the morning XD
-NO QUEUES!!
-went on all the good stuff before 11:30, and even managed to somehow get Sophie on Air!! rather unexpectedly she cried hysterically the whole time. sorry, Sophie XD. but she did laugh afterwards. and the photo was excellent XD!!
-ghost-train-turned-laser-quest lasted AGES and was fucking hilarious.
-we got very very very soaked on some very blatanly imperial leather sponsored flume rides. OH and i made 'the horse face' in that photo, just for you, Tomska!
-journey home was FUNNY. me and Abi acted out the songs we were listening to, at the same time. we were listening to different songs. XD it was great. everyone else fell asleep, pretty much...

additional things:
-MANY polaroids were taken.
-MUCH screaming was done. mostly by me, just the hell of it. i have a sore throat now XD
-i ate a donut!!! it was more like sugary batter tho..
-i just turned down the rare chance for fish and chips because i feel i have consumed toooo much grease this weekend already D:
